Priority Seating
Certain seating sections in MidAmerican Energy Field at Jack Trice Stadium and Hilton Coliseum require an annual donation in addition to the season ticket cost. The revenues generated from this priority seating program go directly to supporting the academic and competitive pursuits of our student-athletes. Season ticket buyers determine the location of their seats based upon their membership level in the Cyclone Club, position in the athletics department's Priority Points system (based upon donations) and seat availability.
Donation Levels
Click football, men's basketball or women's basketball for diagrams of the minimum donation levels for priority seating options in MidAmerican Energy Field at Jack Trice Stadium and Hilton Coliseum. No other Iowa State sports have priority seating programs. To be considered for priority seating options, donors must be season ticket holders and make their annual contributions by the dates established for each sport (by March 31, 2022 for football and June 30, 2022 for men's and women's basketball).

Iowa State Athletics uses a priority point system in combination with a patron's donor level to determine the order in which football, men's basketball and women's basketball seating requests are processed. The order in which requests are processed are as follows:
- Cyclone Club members who renewed their season tickets from the prior year, provided their membership is current and at the appropriate level for their location.
- New Cyclone Club members, dependent upon membership level and points within that level. Seat location is dependent upon availability.
- Non-donors, who renewed their tickets from the prior year and new season ticket holders who are not members of the Cyclone Club. These individuals will be seated in non-donor areas.
Cyclone Club members can retain their seat locations from year to year if they maintain the appropriate required annual donation. Priority seating section minimum requirements are evaluated by the Athletics Department annually.
Donors are allowed to purchase four seats in a priority seating section (except for Director's Level donors, who may purchase up to eight season tickets in their desired section) for football and men's basketball. Donors desiring more than four seats in a priority section must give an additional 25% of their annual club level amount for each additional seat (above four). Otherwise, the additional seats will be located in a non-donor section.
Tickets for bowl games, Big 12 and NCAA Basketball Tournaments are allocated according to Cyclone Club level and priority points within that level while supplies last.
Priority Parking
The Iowa State Athletics Department is pleased to offer preferred game day parking for football, men's basketball and women's basketball to its Cyclone Club members.
Parking assignments are processed according to your Cyclone Club donor level and priority points. Your donor level is the first criteria used, and each member is then ranked within your level by the priority points you have accumulated (please see the Cyclone Club membership guide for priority point details). To receive full consideration for parking privileges, Cyclone Club members must submit their payment by the dates established for each sport (March 31, 2022 for football and August, 2022 for men's and women's basketball). Lot requirements are subject to change.

How many parking passes can I purchase?
Cyclone Club members may purchase one parking pass in total per account (Directors Level members may purchase one reserved space and one non-reserved parking pass). Car parking passes are $100, and RV parking passes are $250. Parking passes can be purchased during the ticket renewal process. If you do not have season tickets, you may contact our ticket office at 888-478-2925 to inquire about availability prior to March 31, 2022. If your order must be refunded for any reason, you will receive notification.
How are parking passes assigned?
All Cyclone Club donors who purchase a parking pass will be assigned a date and time by their Cyclone Club donor level and priority points. At that assigned date and time, the donor will be able to go online and select their desired parking lot. This process will be used for all non-reserved stall parking lots (A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B3, B4, B5, B6, C1/C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, D1, D2, D3, D4, G6). All donors who have parking stalls in a reserved lot (85E, S2, S3, S5, S6, S7, S8) will have all of their parking assignments, including non-reserved parking lots, completed by the Cyclone Club office to help ensure continued assignment of the reserved stall.
What is the required contribution for paved car parking or RV parking?
The minimum contribution level to be eligible for paved parking is at the States Level ($300). Parking assignments are based on availability, so it may be possible that not all States members are placed in a paved lot. The minimum contribution level for RV parking is at the Captains Level ($3,750). Any vehicle that will not fit within a standard parking stall is considered to be an RV. RV parking is limited to one vehicle total within the lot.
Where can I tailgate in the parking lots?
For car parking lots, tailgating activities are limited to in and around your vehicle without occupying any additional parking spaces or blocking the drive lane. A limit of one parking space in total will be strictly enforced, and failure to follow this policy may result in a loss of future parking privileges. Tailgating activities in RV parking lots will be limited to the side of your vehicle, not in front or behind the vehicle.
How will I receive my parking pass?
Parking passes will be delivered digitally along with all applicable season tickets. You can manage your parking passes/tickets in your online account here https://am.ticketmaster.com/isu/. You will have a parking pass for each game.
When do the parking lots open?
Cyclone Club lots for cars open at 7 a.m. or six hours prior to kickoff, whichever is earlier, overnight parking is not permitted for cars. Cyclone Club lots for RVs open at 8 a.m. on the day before the game, and overnight parking is permitted. Public lots for cars and RVs open six hours prior to kickoff on game day. Overnight parking is available for RVs only on a limited basis at Vet Med lot 93, starting at 6 p.m. the night before the game.
Where is handicapped parking available?
Handicapped parking is available in lot S1 on a first-come-first-served basis with a state issued handicapped parking pass. In addition, parking in that lot is $25 for a car, or a Cyclone Club parking pass may be presented to waive the parking fee. No RVs will be permitted in lot S1.
GENERAL GAME DAY PARKING
HOW MUCH IS PUBLIC PARKING FOR NON-CYCLONE CLUB MEMBERS?
Public parking is $25 for cars and $100 for RVs. Public lots include lots G2, G3, G4, G5, G8, G9 and lot 93 (VetMed).

Where can I park if I have an RV but I do not have a Cyclone Club parking pass for the reserved RV lots?
RVs may park in lot 93 (VetMed) beginning at 6 pm the day before home games for $100.
Vet Med Public RV Parking Rules
- No in and out privileges. Once you are parked, you are parked.

Will the lots be open in the event of inclement or wet/snowy weather?
Our operations team closely monitors existing and forecasted weather conditions and how those conditions may impact our parking lots. We will share information regarding any lot closures on cyclones.com and via social media outlets. Athletics reserves the right to close down lots at any time due to unfavorable conditions. If grass parking lots are unavailable, general public parking is available on campus. A campus parking map can be found here. Please be sure to follow posted regulations at all campus parking lots. A map of the CyRide football game day bus route can be found here.
Do I need to purchase a parking pass?
Cyclone Club members who are men's and/or women's basketball season ticket holders automatically receive a parking pass (at no charge) based on your Cyclone Club level. Cyclone Club members will receive one parking pass per account (Directors Level members will receive two parking passes). Basketball parking passes are only available for season ticket holders who are also Cyclone Club members.
Will parking still be offered for Century level($100) donors?
Due to the tremendous growth in all levels of the Cyclone Club, Century level donors will no longer be offered priority parking for basketball. The minimum donation level to purchase/request a parking pass will be the States Level ($300).

Priority Points
The Cyclone Club uses a priority points system to provide consistent, fair, and equitable allocation of donor benefits.
Benefits are allocated by Cyclone Club membership level and then by priority points within that level.
Priority points are allocated to an account when a financial gift is received, not when a pledge is made.
Priority points accumulate from year to year on a donor's account and are not transferrable. Donations to other campus departments or units do not qualify for Cyclone Club priority points.
Priority Points are Awarded Annually For:
Factor | Points |
---|---|
Giving to Athletics | 1 per $100 |
Consecutive Years of Football Season Ticket Purchase | 10 per year |
Consecutive Years of Men's Basketball Season Ticket Purchase | 10 per year |
Consecutive Years of Women's Basketball Season Ticket Purchase | 10 per year |
